All kids 5-12 years old occupying a seat - ticket price $20 per child
Tables with children may need to seat 12 per table (to help us recover costs).

This will be a good time to renew your 2012 membership so that we can continue to organise more events. Do purchase your tickets early as these dinners are always popular and tickets sell out fast! Proposed Amendments to the the current constitution.
The 2011 financial report will be emailed to you prior to the meeting or made available at the meeting.
To form a Quorum for the AGM; attendance of 30 members are required hence we encourage your presence and full participation. As a measure of cost and energy savings, please print out your personal copies of the attachments as very limited copies will be made available on the day.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the High Commission Venue to elect executive officers and committee members as necessary. Our Patron His Excellency Dato Hasnudin Hamzah will be present at the meeting. The event will be provided with finger foods and refreshments compliments of the Malaysian High Commission.
